Who we are & What we do
CrossRoads Ministry Global is a Christian organisation based in the UK, founded on Exodus 17: 8-13.
We see ourselves as “Aaron and Hur” as we work alongside local Church Leaders, assisting them to hold up their “spiritual arms” as they fight the enemy for the souls of our youth in their areas.Â
We work along side local churches, assisting them to plant their very own CrossRoads Coffee, which is a Christian Youth Coffee Shop, Drop-in centre working with young people aged 11 – 18.
Not only do we help with the practical and logistical side, we also assist in planting Youth Workers in the Churches who need it. We focus on training, discipling and equipping churches with youth leaders to run the CrossRoads Coffee Shop.
We offer Training & Development programs and courses to equip current and future Youth Leaders and workers in the Church and supply resources to the Church for their youth ministry. We assist in evangelising, socialising and mobilising the youth of today into a deep & personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Alongside donations, ALL profit we receive from the services we offer, goes straight into this ministry assisting in the spreading of God’s Word, love, peace and grace, as the Holy Spirit works in the lives of these young people and we see deliverance from addiction, negative & poor mental health amongst other things.
If you would like to set up a monthly direct debit to support this Ministry, please contact Wesley Mitchell for the relevant information.
God Bless you,

CrossRoads Coffee
CrossRoads Coffee is a Christian youth coffee shop drop-in centre, meeting the identified needs of young people in that community. Giving the young people a trendy, safe place to hang out after school and helping those who have been excluded from school.
We work in partnership with local Churches assisting them to plant their Youth Coffee Shop, and develop strong relationships with parents, local schools, social services and police.
